HOW TO BUY FROM ABROAD
Enjoy an easy shopping experience with the Contigo online shop, even if you’re abroad!
- Just choose the products you want to buy and send an email to the following contigo@contigo.it email address listing:
- item code, size and colour of the selected product;
- shipping address, telephone number and email address of the addressee.
- Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email with the total amount of your shipping order for confirmation.
- Once we receive your order confirmation, we will send you an email with the link for payment through Paypal, requested by Mariotti Srl on behalf of Contigo.
- If you do not already have a Paypal account, you can make the payment by clicking on the “Pay without registering” option.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR ABROAD
Shipping costs* to countries outside of Italy vary depending on the destination. Please refer to your order summary in the confirmation email you will receive, where you will find the exact shipping rate based on the quantity ordered and the shipping address provided.
– EUROPE: €15
– SWITZERLAND / UNITED KINGDOM: €25
– UNITED STATES / CANADA:
- Shipping S (0 to 1.9 kg) – €50
- Shipping L (2 to 4 kg) – €75
- Shipping XL (4.1 to 8 kg) – €120
- Shipping XXL (8 kg and above) – €120 + €50 for each additional kg
Please note that shipping costs may vary if the size of the package increases due to multiple items being ordered. In this case, you will be notified by email and will have the option to decide whether to proceed with the shipment or request a refund.

PAYMENT METHODS FOR SHIPPING ABROAD
We accept payment through the secure Paypal circuit, which allows you to pay with Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, Discover credit cards.
To complete the payment you can log in to your Paypal account or, if you don’t have one, select the option “Pay without registering”.
TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
Contigo ships abroad by DHL courier.
Upon payment receipt, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number from DHL to track the status of your shipment.
